Serving Four American Viticultural Areas

Columbia Valley

60,079 acres planted

Columbia Valley, the largest growing region in the state of Washington, is renowned for producing consistent, high-quality grape varieties that make exceptional wines due to the arid climate, well-draining soil, and abundant water supply from the Columbia River.

Horse Heaven Hills

17,082 acres planted

Horse Heaven Hills, a large region in the Columbia Valley, thrives in a warm climate, south-facing slopes, and diverse well-drained soils. The significant winds and the protective presence of the Columbia River create an excellent terroir for Cabernet Sauvignon.

Yakima Valley

18,924 acres planted

With its distinct terroir carved by the historic Missoula Floods, Yakima Valley, Washington’s largest sub-appellation, offers diverse growing conditions, abundant vine acreage, and a wide array of grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.

Wahluke Slope

8,932 acres planted

Wahluke Slope, a sub-appellation of the Columbia Valley, features uniform soils on a gentle alluvial fan. With minimal precipitation, irrigation is required for growing vinifera grapes, which results in smaller leaf sizes and grape clusters that contribute to rich, concentrated wines.
